My first (but not my last) visit was a pleasant surprise. Everyone was friendly and focused on the issues at hand, explained what was wrong with my vehicle in terms that I could understand, and worked to prepare an estimate of the proposed service and parts necessary. Friendly, respectful people, helping those of us who know very little about mechanical things. Waiting area was clean, comfortable and well lighted. No nasty smells like so many other service places. Thank you fellas for not making me feel like a fool when I asked questions! I'll see you soon to finish up the needed and preventive work on my vehicle.
