I stopped in on my way down to Florida because i had trailer issues. And he was extremely busy at the time. But he still took the time to look into it. And since he couldnt find the exact issue that was causing the problem. He went out of his way to find a trailer dealer nearby and called ahead for me to see if they could look at it. And gave me direction and everything. Very nice guy and super helpful.
